The first stop is a literal tiny gem, tucked away in a charming whitewashed village in the Valle del Genal, claiming to be the smallest commercial winery in Spain!
A true boutique operation producing limited quantities of high-quality, heartfelt wines, including fresh whites (like Moscatel de Alejandría) and characterful reds, all made with minimal intervention and a deep respect for the local terroir.

As the sole producer of the renowned jamón de castaña (chestnut ham) from this area, using a natural process with only salt and time, no additives, and drawing from pigs raised on a unique diet of chestnuts, acorns, and grains from the local dehesas and chestnut groves.

Historic Hidden Winery.
This historic cellar, literally nestled and hidden within the Serranía de Ronda, offers a truly unique stop on your tour. Housed in a beautifully restored 18th-century factory, it has been transformed into a boutique winery dedicated to producing small-batch, organic, and natural wines with minimal intervention.
